About Us

Too many people and businesses do not have access to high-quality legal services. At best, this may result in inadequate legal protection, subpar deals, and unnecessary risk. But we often see the worst: violations of legal rights, costly errors, and people bullied by an opposing party. We work with our clients to level the playing field and give them the best chance at a positive outcome.

Our clients have and continue to entrust us with their problems because we deliver practical solutions. We believe in communicating clearly and often. We strive for creative and effective solutions. In short, we work with our clients to forge a path forward.

We have the expertise and resources needed to serve a variety of clients. We have represented clients in federal, state, and local matters, as well as before regulatory and licensing bodies.

Aaron M. Arce Stark

Since founding his own practice in 2014, Aaron M. Arce Stark has built a reputation of solving complex problems for his clients. Businesses, artists, consumers, and others have entrusted Aaron with managing future risk and responding to current legal problems. These clients have come to expect a collaborative and creative approach to achieving their goals.

Aaron has represented clients in state and federal litigation and before federal regulatory bodies, including the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO). Much of Aaron’s work is in developing a strong offensive posture to reduce the likelihood of future (and costly) litigation. Aaron frequently serves as a speaker at conferences and his work has been featured in various media outlets—including a recurring series in Rangefinder, a publication dedicated to professional wedding and portrait photography.

While his work is concentrated in serving small business owners and creative professionals, Aaron has taken on a variety of litigation matters. For example, Aaron brought a consumer protection suit in the District of Columbia against apartment leasing companies engaged in a bait-and-switch scheme against prospective tenants. Most recently, Aaron successfully represented his client’s interests in an international, multi-million-dollar contract dispute.

Aaron is a member of various professional and civic organizations. With his expertise in special education, Aaron devotes much of his pro bono practice to advocating for students’ rights to ensure that schools are providing students with the educational programming they are entitled to receive.

Aaron currently lives in Washington, D.C. with his wife and twin children.
